FAQ Page Upgrade & Bug Update

The FAQ Page system has been upgraded! The upgrade includes a new interface that allows you to setup FAQ's quick and easy. The way FAQ's display on your site is cleaner and much more user friendly.

We have fixed a handful of bugs found in the text editor system. Most of these fixes were with how our text editor worked in Safari on a Mac. Please let us know if you have any questions about the fixes.

Text Editor Upgrade

Great News! The text editor has been upgraded to fix a handful of 'glitches' that were recently reported. The new text editor also features a new design that does not activate your brower's popup blocker.

New Site User Management & Password Protected Folders/Pages

We are excited to announce the new Site User Management System and the ability to now password protect folders. With the User Management system you can add special access to your site, manage visitors, and more!

Want to password protect some pages? Now you can with the new folder password protection system. Add the pages you want to the folder and add a password. You can even manage access by tapping into your users setup through the Site User Management System.

New Text Editor, Faster Load Times, and Safari 3.0.4 Support

We are excited to announce a new upgrade to our Text Editor feature (used on most pages for editing content) that should improve overall performance and opens the door to some future development coming soon.  Also, we have made some updates that will allow for faster load times especially when using the Firefox browser and/or Mac computers.  Finally, we are now supporting the Safari 3.0.4 browser on Mac.   As always, please be sure to be using the most current version of any browser (Internet Explorer in PC, Safari on Mac, or Firefox on either).  It is also important to keep your operating system current (Windows, Mac OS, etc.)  with the most recent update packages from your provider. 

Critical Updates

We are in the process of critical updates to the Goozmo System that may result in some features not functioning properly. We are quickly resolving any issues that were caused by the update. We will post new information about this process here as they are resolved. Thank you!

Major Upgrades to Page Director and General Page Editing!

We have completed a major upgrade to the Page Director and to the tools for editing General Pages.  The new Page Director is much more powerful, allowing you to more easily manage your pages and assign them to navigation buttons.  We've also added great features to General Page editing.  We have worked to keep your site tools very easy to use with easy-to-follow instructions and hints. 

These upgrades also lay the foundation for other exciting and powerful enhancements and features still to come.  Check back here for announcements.

Included in the Page Director upgrade:

* Organize pages into folders
* Create drop-down menus
* Link buttons to external websites
* Create text links to pages in the site footer
* Drag-and-drop the order of your buttons
* Use much longer button labels
* Add multiple pages at the same time
* Very fast page adding and renaming
* Site buttons are cleaner and crisper, with larger and/or more readable text
* Site button labels are text-based and even more Search Engine friendly

Included in the General Page editing upgrade:

* Choose from 5 structural templates
* Add automatically formatted images to certain templates
* Turn the page title on and off
* The powerful, new Text Editor is now available on all main site pages
* Coming Soon: Make any General Page into a blog page by engaging your visitors and allowing them to submit comments to that page!

Visitor Log Upgrades
We are in the process of upgrading the visitor logs/reports system. The system is still tracking all site hits and visitor details, but will be temporarily unavailable for viewing until further notice. Please send us a help ticket if you have any questions.

Price Display Reset
The price display option in all product galleries had to be reset due to a recent update. All galleries have been set to show prices of items. If you have recently set your gallery to not show prices, you will have to go back in and turn them off. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions please contact us at any time. Product Gallery Upgrade Complete!
The product gallery upgrade is complete and ready to use. The text editor and layout are the most apparent changes. All the same features are available plus some new ones. If you have any issues and/or comments about the new upgrade please let us know.

Security Upgrade
Due to a recent security upgrade, some Goozmo components may temporarily not function correctly. This may result in certain pages or clicks taking you or your visitor directly to the main Goozmo login screen. We believe all of these issues have been resolved, but If you come across a page that incorrectly goes to the Goozmo login screen, please send us a Help Ticket.
